Welcome to KHOISKOI! By accessing or using our website (the "Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop browsing our site and resist the urge to impulse-buy more fish food (we know, it's tempting).

KHOISKOI ("we," "our," or "us") operates as an online retailer specializing in freshwater aquarium products. We are based in Anaheim, California, but primarily serve customers across the continental U.S.

Our Site is hosted on Google Sites, and we use PayPal as our payment processor. This means your financial transactions are handled securely through PayPal's systems, and we do not store or process your payment details directly.

2. Orders & Payments

• We accept payments via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to check out—you can also pay with a debit or credit card through PayPal’s system.

• All transactions are processed in USD ($).

• Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

• If there’s an issue with your payment (e.g., PayPal holds, chargebacks, or suspicious activity), we reserve the right to cancel or delay your order.

3. Shipping & Local Pickup

• We currently ship only within the continental U.S.

• Live fish come with a 24-hour live arrival guarantee from the time of shipment. Claims must be submitted within this period with clear photos of the fish in the unopened bag.

• Local pickup is available Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, by appointment only. Off-hours pickups may be arranged for an additional fee.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Dry Goods: You may return new, unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping costs). You are responsible for return shipping.

• Live Fish: Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns. If your fish arrives in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours per our Live Arrival Guarantee.

5. Privacy Policy (CCPA Compliance for California Residents)

We take your privacy seriously. Here’s how we handle your data:

• What We Collect:

  • Contact information (name, email, address, phone) when you place an order.

  • Payment details are processed securely through PayPal (we don’t store your credit card info).

  • Website usage data via Google Analytics (to improve our site experience).

  • You can request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal obligations.
